This is not a great skull. It's got a decent expression, glittering eyes, gaping mouth, pointy teeth, and boney tongue. The lower jaw where the chin is, that's a disaster. It kind of works with the whole thing being a rotten apple shrunken head vibe.
The glitter eyes are also lacking in execution abit. Standard star burst with swirly. White paint.
The tag DRUNK MUNK may or may not be related, I think it is, they appeared at the same time and the letters have a back shadow like the skull. They don't stand out among the clutter though, this guy could have taken the whole wall down, instead the skull sits in the middle of it and it's all kind of an ugly clown puke. Munk Puke.
